What happens after submitting?

  • A CNG specialist contacts you by WhatsApp or phone.
  • We review the request and ensure we can fulfill it.
  • We help you confirm your date via payment link.
  • Your payment serves as a visit deposit.

About the visit fee

The visit fee covers scheduling, travel, technician time, and site assessment. Your project may be eligible to have the technical visit fee deducted from the final invoice. Conditions apply.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment, you are eligible for a refund. Inside 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable.
Visit fee conditions
  • The paid technical visit reserves the requested date, subject to successful payment and CNG confirmation.
  • The fee covers scheduling, travel, technician time, and site assessment.
  • The fee may be deducted from the final invoice only when the customer approves an eligible project or job.
  • The eligible project or job must be $1,000 CAD or more before taxes.
  • It does not automatically apply to small jobs, rejected quotes, no-shows, or cancellations outside the booking terms.
  • The visit fee is not a cash refund.
